1. STEPS TO ORDER

Step 3: Order:

After we received the email or telephone of the customer order, we will notify in writing or contact you soon (according to information on the orders we received) to complete confirmation ordering and delivery of goods carried.

 

2. CHARTER DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

2.1. Validate the order:

Orders known as valid as follows:

If ordering by phone must be employees of Dac Tin confirm and clear information, full of shoppers as well as the products are purchased.
If ordering by fax must be signed order confirmation and have clear information, full of shoppers as well as the products are purchased.
If ordering by email: info@thietbiotodactin.com  have clear information, extensive shoppers as well as the products are purchased.

2.2. Freight and delivery time:

Transport fee

Dac Tin Free freight rates for all deliveries in inner city. For deliveries in suburban and intercity HCMC we will most reasonable charges, depending on the value of orders and agreed when ordering.
Table rates will be changed toward more rational and beneficial to the customer as our company completed distribution systems and transportation.
If your in the provinces in the country if not urgently need to receive the goods within 48 hours, we will give you the price of shipping charges to save more. Please contact Dac Tin, we will provide full information about the transport cost at time of purchase.

Delivery within 02 days with item in stock Dac Tin
Delivery within 20 days for items not available and originating from the Asian countries.
Delivery within 45 days for items not available and originating from Europe and America ….

2.3. Style & payment methods

To ease customers Dac Tin offer many different payment methods so you can choose the form of payment most suitable & convenient:

Payment Under the contract of sale

1st:  payment of 40% after signing

2nd: 40% payment on delivery to the buyer warehouse

3rd: 20% of the remaining payment after installation – manuals & handing equipment.

Payments:

Option 1: Pay in cash for delivery:

If the place of payment is the place of delivery, our staff will collect money at delivery.

Where the place of payment delivery location, our staff will collect money before the delivery.

For delivery locations outside the City and provinces in Vietnam’s territory, we will delivery after receiving the money.

Method 2: Pay with the SEC:

You can pay by SEC, or certificate at Bank payment transactions based in HCMC (Note: This type of payment we have the right to inspect the information at the designated settlement bank) .

Upon receiving notice of receipt from the post office we will make the delivery to the address specified in advance from customers.
